This was my first year as an ERO and I couldn't be happier with the decision to go with CIT. They were very helpful anytime I had an issue and the software ran seamlessly.

I've been with CIT since 2012. In the beginning, I had been with another program for a very long time; the change over was a bit rocky with learning a new one but, it keeps getting better. Each year you've went above and beyond with your commitment to us as small tax preparation offices. I love the webinars prior to each season. There is so much that makes my experience with CIT the best but, if I had to point out one thing it would be your customer service. You include us, as preparers, to provide you with ways to make our job run smoother. You've proven yourselves to be a top notch company in just a few years.
I love set up and my clients love this!!!!!!
Great Experience with CIT!
The software this year was excellent. A power user such as myself could always come up with improvements, but I am very very happy with CIT and their ability to persuade TaxAct to make the improvements thus far. If CIT or TaxAct would like serious performance upgrades I could provide a lot of input - Not the basic put a button here or change this color or something.
I also was very happy with very little problems with Republic Bank. Republic also offers a lot of free advertisement stuff which is very important to me. Also, there were very little if any check cashing problems - That's a first! My only concern is that I never got pre-paid debit cards despite ordering them. Those cards aren't big sellers in my office so it wasn't that huge of a deal but there were about 15 - 20 people asking for them which then happily took the check anyway.
Republic Bank website improvement - have different access levels to log into website. I don't want any of my people looking at the financials and how much money we earned or what is due to us etc, but I still want someone other than myself to access check printing. 3 levels, the 2 you have now, and one more that just adds check printing capability.
$750 advance - awesome! It didn't sell quite as much as I expected but very very little people were expecting this opportunity. I hope this returns for next year. From my experience, people really enjoy getting some money right up front and then happy to wait 2 weeks for the remainder. Even if there were 2 funding levels, say $1,000 for lower risk customers, and maybe $250 payout for someone at low risk. Of course, $0 for anyone beyond low risk.
CIT support - excellent. Easy to get through, return calls quick, etc. Usually very knowledgeable of helping through whatever circumstance. Omar - great. Its great working with Omar, keep up the good work. I appreciate knowing I can contact Omar anytime, even 12 midnight. Joy excellent too.
I hope some of this review was helpful. I know you guys are looking for criticisms so you can improve, but I don't have much criticisms that you aren't already aware of and that you are working on.
